Chapter 1 - The Red Stain

The luxury garden wedding was glowing with wealth and perfection.
Crystal chandeliers hung from the ancient oak trees.
White tables sparkled under the beautiful dusk sky.
Elegant guests laughed around the towering marble fountain.
Then everything shattered in one single second.
A delicate glass tipped over in the wealthy crowd.
Dark red wine exploded across the bride's pristine white dress.
She screamed so loudly that the string quartet instantly stopped playing.
"My dress!" she shrieked in absolute horror.
Every head snapped toward the woman standing nearby.
She stood completely stunned with a little girl holding her hand.
The bride's father charged forward in a blind rage.
He violently shoved the poor woman backward without a second thought.
She crashed hard into the marble fountain.
She was still clutching four-year-old Lily as cold water splashed everywhere.
The terrified child began crying hysterically.
Some wealthy guests actually laughed under their breath.
The groom lifted his expensive champagne glass with a smug grin.
"This is why you never invite poor people to nice things," he sneered.
Soaked and shaking, the woman slowly rose from the freezing fountain.
She held Lily tight against her chest to keep her warm.
Water dripped from her dark hair as she stared directly at the arrogant crowd.
"Remember this exact moment," she whispered with chilling calmness.
Then the sound of heavy luxury car doors slamming echoed from outside the iron gate.
All heads turned toward the sudden noise.
A black convoy of armored vehicles rolled onto the manicured lawn.
A dozen armed bodyguards rushed forward to secure the perimeter.
From the center car stepped a powerful man in a flawless black tuxedo.
The bride's father instantly lost his arrogant smile.
The screaming bride went completely pale.
The man walked forward and saw the woman drenched in fountain water.
He slowly removed his custom wedding ring and placed it in his pocket.
He looked at the terrified crowd with deadly, freezing calm.
"Who touched my wife?" he demanded quietly.
The entire wedding froze in absolute terror.
The bride's father raised his trembling hands to explain.
But the powerful man raised one finger to silence him.

"Nobody leaves this estate tonight," the man commanded his guards.
The massive iron gates slammed shut with a sickening metallic thud.
