Julian viciously shoved Cynthia away to the floor and reached out to grab Sarah by her wine-stained dress.
As his sweaty hand closed tightly around the white silk, Sarah’s eyes flashed with lethal, practiced determination.
She did not wait for him to secure his grip or raise the broken glass weapon again.
Sarah executed a brutal, flawless self-defense strike she had secretly learned from her late father's elite bodyguards.
She violently slammed her palm upward right into his wrist, completely shattering his grip instantly.
Before Julian could even react to the pain, she kicked him squarely and forcefully in the center of his chest.
Julian stumbled backward wildly, his expensive leather shoes slipping uncontrollably on the spilled red wine.
He crashed violently into the towering, ten-tier champagne display standing in the dead center of the room.
Hundreds of heavy crystal glasses shattered in a deafening explosion, completely burying him in sharp glass and sticky alcohol.
The heavy ballroom doors instantly burst open as heavily armored tactical police units swarmed the massive room.
They quickly pinned a screaming Julian to the wet floor and securely clamped him in heavy steel handcuffs.
Maxwell walked proudly onto the stage and opened a beautiful velvet box containing the solid gold company seal.
"It is officially yours, Chairwoman," Maxwell said warmly, formally handing her the ultimate symbol of corporate power.
The entire ballroom erupted into thunderous, highly triumphant applause as she held the heavy seal high.
Sarah looked down at Julian writhing helplessly in the sparkling, pathetic mess of broken crystal.
"Now clean it," she commanded with a perfect, icy smile, finally closing this dark, painful chapter of her life.
Later that night, Sarah sat completely alone in her secure limousine, deeply savoring her absolute, flawless victory.
Suddenly, her highly encrypted private phone buzzed loudly with a highly restricted, completely untraceable video file.
