Chapter 7 - The Devil's Return

The heavy motorcycle crashed to the concrete floor with a deafening screech.
It skidded sideways, knocking three Viper members into a stack of crates.
The rider wore dark leather and a helmet with a tinted visor.
Snake dropped the boy and drew his weapon, firing wildly into the glare of the headlight.
The rider rolled off the bike smoothly, evading the shots.
He moved with terrifying speed, taking down two Vipers in close combat.
Bear kicked the warehouse door open and led his men into the fray.
Gunfire illuminated the dark warehouse in violent, flashing bursts.
Bear fought his way toward Sarah, shooting any Viper that crossed his path.
He cut her ropes with his hunting knife.
“Where is the boy?” Bear shouted over the chaos.
Sarah pointed toward the shadows near the back exit.
Snake was dragging the crying child toward a waiting van.
Bear sprinted after them, but a heavy blow to his ribs knocked him down.
A massive Viper enforcer stood over him, raising a steel pipe.
Before the enforcer could swing, a gunshot rang out.
The enforcer collapsed to the ground.
The mysterious rider stood there, holding a smoking pistol.
The rider slowly reached up and removed his helmet.
Bear felt the breath leave his lungs.
The man had a jagged scar across his face, but the eyes were unmistakable.
It was Jax.
Jax was alive.
He did not look at Bear, but instead aimed his gun at Snake's retreating figure.
“Let my son go,” Jax commanded, his voice echoing with lethal authority.

Snake froze, pressing his gun against the little boy's head.
“Take one step, and he dies!” Snake screamed, sweating profusely.
