Before Victor could even attempt to run away, heavily armed federal agents swarmed down the tunnel entrance.
The real authorities rapidly slapped heavy steel handcuffs on the screaming, completely ruined uncle.
Leo ran over and hugged Silas tightly, incredibly grateful that the long nightmare was finally over.
Mark collapsed onto the floor, breathing heavily but smiling brightly at the brave little boy.
Several weeks later, the massive corporate estate was completely peaceful and bathed in warm sunlight.
Leo laughed happily as he played safely on the green grass, finally acting like a normal five-year-old child.
Mark sat comfortably behind the massive mahogany desk of his brand new office, having been promoted to CEO of the entire banking division as a reward.
Everything in their lives was finally perfect, safe, and completely secure.
Then, Silas felt his highly encrypted personal phone vibrate deep inside his suit pocket.
He opened a classified message containing a highly detailed, recent satellite photograph.
