The heavy scent of gasoline completely overwhelmed the small medical clinic.
Emily dropped the phone and grabbed a heavy surgical scalpel from the nearby medical tray.

Emily reacted with pure instinct and tackled Vanessa aggressively to the hard floor.
The lighter skittered safely away into a dry corner of the ruined lobby.
The two women struggled fiercely, trading brutal punches and vicious scratches in the dirt.
