The corrupt detective held a massive hunting knife firmly against Daniel's bleeding throat.
Daniel was kneeling in the mud with his hands violently bound behind his back.
He looked up at Emily and desperately yelled for her to run away with the ledger.
The detective laughed darkly and pressed the sharp blade deeper into Daniel's skin.
