Dominic felt his heart stop completely at the sound of Elena's name.

Anna led Dominic and Mia quickly down a hidden maintenance ladder beneath the bridge.
They climbed into a waiting speedboat that roared to life and sped into the dark harbor.
Anna explained that Marco's assassins had failed to kill Elena that night on the beach.
Marco had secretly locked Elena in a private psychiatric facility under a fake name to use her as future leverage.
He had been torturing her mind with heavy sedatives for six agonizing years.
Dominic's grief instantly transformed into a burning, unstoppable rage.
He swore he would tear down the entire city to find the mother of his child.
Anna handed him a stolen digital tablet displaying the heavily guarded facility's blueprints.
The asylum was located on a private, isolated island just outside the city limits.
Dominic immediately began formulating a brutal, tactical assault plan.
His encrypted phone suddenly began to ring loudly in his jacket pocket.
The caller ID displayed Marco's personal number.
Dominic answered the call and put it on speakerphone for Anna to hear.
Marco's voice echoed with a sickening, triumphant joy.
"I hope you enjoyed the family reunion, Dominic," Marco laughed.
"Look at the fuel gauge on your boat."
