A single, incredibly loud gunshot suddenly rang out, and the entire dark forest fell completely and utterly silent.
Ethan completely ignored the terrifying silence and aggressively pushed his exhausted body to the absolute limit of human endurance.
They finally completely burst entirely through the thick tree line and successfully stumbled perfectly onto the shoulder of a paved highway.
The bright, completely blinding flashing lights of a federal police cruiser aggressively illuminated the dark, empty mountain road.
