Chapter 7 - The Skyfall

The burning wreckage of the helicopter crashed into the ocean.
A massive wave of heat washed over the shipping containers.
The guards inside the warehouse immediately scrambled into defensive positions.
Marcus realized their completely stealthy approach was entirely ruined.
He kicked the warehouse door open and fired his assault rifle.
Two cartel mercenaries dropped to the concrete floor instantly.
Sarah dragged the boy behind a heavy forklift for cover.
Bullets sparked wildly against the thick metal machinery around them.
The bank manager screamed entirely in panic and grabbed the boy's mother.
He held a silver pistol directly against her temple.
Marcus stopped firing and slowly completely lowered his heavy weapon.
He knew he could not risk the life of the primary hostage.
The bank manager demanded that Sarah step out from behind the forklift.
He ordered her to slide the glowing blue drive across the bloody floor.
Sarah looked at the boy who was trembling for the first time.
She knew handing over the drive meant they would all be executed.
But watching the mother die was completely out of the question.
Sarah slowly stood up with her hands raised high in the air.
She pulled the glowing blue drive from her dark jacket pocket.
She tossed it gently across the open space between them.
The small device slid perfectly to the bank manager's expensive shoes.
He smiled entirely with absolute cruel victory.
He picked up the drive and completely released the battered woman.
The mother collapsed onto the floor weeping in sheer exhaustion.
The manager aimed his silver pistol entirely at Sarah's chest to finish it.

The glowing blue drive in his hand suddenly began to beep violently.
It was not a data drive at all but a highly advanced thermal detonator.
