Nathan raised his hand for a third time.
I didn't move.
Instead, I reached into my pocket and pressed a single button on my phone.
The large smart TV mounted on the dining room wall suddenly flared to life.

Nathan froze mid-swing, his eyes widening in pure horror.
I had connected my hidden security cameras directly to my public social media account.
"Hit me again," I whispered.
"Show the fifty thousand people currently watching exactly what kind of man you are."
Derek jumped up from his chair, frantically trying to unplug the television.
Eleanor covered her face with her napkin, screaming about her ruined reputation.
I calmly grabbed my purse, walked out the front door, and locked myself in my car.
My hands were shaking as I opened my banking app to freeze all the joint credit cards.
I typed in my password and waited for the financial dashboard to load.
A cold chill ran down my spine when the numbers finally appeared on the screen.
