Chapter 7 - The Blood Betrayal

Noah stared in absolute, entirely paralyzing horror at his father's older brother standing completely casually by the exit.
Uncle Marcus had heavily cried completely uncontrollably at the funeral and held Noah incredibly tightly in his arms.
Now, he was standing entirely here proudly holding a highly advanced assault rifle aimed directly at their chests.
"Hello, Noah, it has truly been a very long time since we last spoke," Marcus said entirely smoothly.
Harold stepped completely protectively in front of Noah, his rigid jaw clenched entirely tight in silent, highly intense fury.
"You completely sold out your own flesh and blood merely for a cheap seat at the syndicate's table," Harold spat disgustedly.
Marcus merely chuckled darkly and aggressively kicked a highly dusty wooden crate entirely out of his path.
"My supposedly brilliant little brother was a complete fool who heavily refused to understand how the real world operates," Marcus replied arrogantly.
"He was actively going to completely destroy a highly lucrative billion-dollar operation entirely over some absolutely pathetic moral crusade."
Marcus aggressively aimed the highly lethal weapon directly at Noah's violently trembling forehead.
"Where exactly is the highly encrypted drive that your father foolishly gave entirely to you, boy?" Marcus demanded angrily.
Noah shook his head frantically, entirely genuine tears of deep betrayal heavily stinging his completely exhausted eyes.
"I have absolutely no idea what you are entirely talking about, he never securely gave me anything," Noah pleaded desperately.
Marcus frowned deeply and completely released the heavy mechanical safety mechanism on his highly lethal tactical rifle.
"Do not ever lie to me, he securely visited you at the deli exactly two hours entirely before his highly fatal accident."
Noah's exhausted mind raced violently as he desperately tried to completely remember that highly tragic, heavily rainy afternoon.
His father had indeed abruptly stopped by, looking incredibly nervous and heavily sweating entirely profusely.
But he had absolutely not securely given Noah a high-tech hard drive or a suspicious, entirely digital device.
He had only hastily given Noah a completely tiny, entirely rusted brass key and told him to keep it entirely safe.
Noah had completely mindlessly hidden the seemingly useless key securely inside the hollow frame of his old delivery bicycle.
A highly terrifying wave of absolute realization violently crashed over Noah as the pieces finally clicked perfectly into place.
"The completely rusted key is heavily hidden inside my delivery bike securely locked back at the city impound lot," Noah blurted out quickly.
Marcus carefully lowered his lethal weapon slightly, a highly greedy and entirely satisfied smile completely spreading across his scarred face.
"Very good, Noah, you are finally entirely starting to actively show some basic intelligence," Marcus praised completely coldly.
Before Marcus could completely properly react, Harold violently triggered a massive hidden flashbang grenade entirely from his tactical belt.
