Chapter 4 - The Dead Cockpit

Gravity completely vanished instantly as the massive aircraft plunged aggressively toward the dark ocean below.
I screamed loudly and wrapped my entire body completely around Maya to heavily protect her from the violent turbulence.
We aggressively hit the ceiling of the galley before crashing painfully back down onto the hard metal floor.
Yellow oxygen masks deployed aggressively from the ceiling compartments throughout the entirely screaming cabin.
Silas braced himself expertly against the metal doorframe, holding his baby incredibly tight to his broad chest.
"Vance, break the cockpit door completely down right now!" Silas roared heavily over the deafening mechanical alarms.
Vance entirely ignored his own bleeding head wound and sprinted unsteadily up the heavily inclined aisle.
I dragged Maya safely under the heavy metal beverage cart, entirely shielding her eyes from the absolute chaos.
Passengers were screaming hysterically as heavy luggage flew violently out of the overhead bins.
We finally reached the front of the plane where Vance was aggressively slamming his massive shoulder directly into the reinforced steel door.
The heavy security door absolutely did not even dent under his immense, brutal strength.
"The electronic lock is completely overridden from the inside!" Vance shouted, aggressively pulling his heavy firearm.
He fired three consecutive shots directly into the locking mechanism, but the military-grade steel absorbed the bullets entirely.
"We are dropping over five thousand feet a minute!" Silas yelled frantically, looking out the dark exterior window.
He handed his sleeping son incredibly carefully to Vance and aggressively pulled a heavy metal fire extinguisher from the wall.
Silas swung the heavy red cylinder with a terrifying, primal roar, smashing it directly into the door's metal hinges.
Bright sparks flew wildly as the heavy metal finally screamed in protest and entirely gave way.
Silas aggressively kicked the door open and rushed frantically into the dark cockpit.
I peeked out carefully from behind the curtain, my blood running completely cold at the horrifying sight inside.
The captain and the co-pilot were slumped completely lifelessly in their leather chairs, thin metal wires wrapped tightly around their throats.
The primary control yokes were completely and mechanically locked into a steep, deadly dive position.
Silas grabbed the heavy captain's body and threw him entirely unceremoniously out of the leather seat.
He strapped himself quickly into the pilot's chair and forcefully grabbed the controls with both of his massive hands.
"Pull up, Boss, absolutely pull up!" Vance yelled desperately as the terrifying proximity alarm began heavily screaming its warning.
Silas gritted his teeth aggressively, his massive biceps straining heavily against the completely locked hydraulic system.
"The system is remotely hijacked, someone is viciously steering us directly from the ground!" Silas shouted heavily over the chaotic noise.
He frantically flipped a series of complex override switches on the overhead panel, his fingers rapidly moving with practiced precision.
With a massive, agonizing groan of tearing metal, Silas finally managed to manually disconnect the autopilot server.
He pulled back violently on the heavy yoke, and the massive plane leveled out just hundreds of feet above the freezing ocean waves.
The entire cabin erupted into desperate cheers and hysterical crying as the violent shaking completely stopped.
Silas absolutely did not look relieved as he aggressively stared directly at the glowing navigation screen.
"Vance, completely secure the passengers and tell them to remain tightly seated," Silas ordered in a deadly, quiet voice.
I walked slowly into the dark cockpit, clutching Maya's stuffed rabbit incredibly tightly to my chest.
"Are we finally flying to Rome now, Silas?" I asked hopefully, wiping tears from my face.
He turned his leather seat completely around, his handsome face pale and entirely drained of its previous confidence.
"No, Riley, we absolutely are not."
He pointed a heavily shaking finger entirely at the glowing red line altering our course on the radar screen.
"The remote hijack successfully completely locked out our manual navigation system."

Silas swallowed incredibly hard, staring directly into my frightened eyes.
"We are now flying entirely on autopilot directly into the heart of the Russian syndicate's private territory."
